Shipping policy

Standard UK postage and packaging costs £3.95. Click & collect is free.

• We aim to process all orders within 3-5 working days of you placing your order. 

• All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail. Standard postage will be sent second class. Please contact our Shop Manager at getinvolved@cliftonbridge.org.uk if you need your order sooner.

• Customers should expect to receive orders within 7 business days. 

• You may experience delays through your local postal service, especially during peak times from October - December each year, or during Royal Mail strikes. 

Click & Collect 

• Click & Collect is available Monday to Friday 10am-5pm.

• If you have not collected your order within 30 days, the order will be cancelled and your purchase amount will be considered a donation to the Clifton Suspension Bridge Trust.
