Refund policy
If you've changed your mind about your purchase, we'll be happy to refund or exchange it for you as long as it is returned in its original condition with proof of purchase.
Returned must be processed within 30 days of receiving your order and refund transactions may take up to ten days to process. We recommend you use recorded delivery when returning items, and note that the postal charge cannot be refunded.
Items can be returned in person to the Clifton Suspension Bridge Museum, but you must have proof of purchase.
Refunds for online purchases can only be made to the card used in the original transaction.
